The aim of this section is to explore communication skills and techniques that can facilitate more effective interactions during conflict.

This section uses improved versions of the previous scenarios to demonstrate more effective communication and conflict resolution. As you watch the video, consider the specific techniques the health professional uses during her encounter with the family members.
