5. Summary

In this course, we have specifically looked at workplace community and wellness as it relates to IEHPs, but the principles apply to everyone on your team, and every new employee, regardless of their background. Lawyer Joana Kuras discusses this as it relates to new employees from a different province:

Start with where you are now, and build a plan to work towards a diverse, supportive, inclusive, and thriving workforce. It takes time, but you can get there!
