2. Working in Teams: Introduction

Open communication and team-building help contribute to effective teamwork and collaboration. 

In the following video, we will observe a team-building workshop in which a colleague shares a poem about collaboration. We will also explore the importance of teamwork in healthcare. The aim of this section is to initiate reflection about collaboration and working in teams.
