Course 15: The Feedback Process

Evaluation is a part of every workplace, whether it is done through a structured performance review or an email that tells you that your contract is being extended. Feedback is also part of every workplace, but it is not the same as evaluation. Feedback involves the sharing of specific observations with the goal of improving job and workplace performance. In this course, we will take you through a feedback scenario that begins with a patient interaction in a healthcare setting, and provide tips for you to receive and use feedback effectively.
