Course 16: Workplace Culture and Integration

This course will introduce you to IEHPs from a variety of countries, at different points in the process of building their lives in Canada. You will also meet a range of other employers and managers within the Canadian healthcare sector. By drawing on their expertise and personal experiences, each video is designed to provide you with helpful tips and insights about successfully integrating into the Canadian healthcare system. Each phase of the integration process is covered: adapting to Canadian culture, planning your career path, finding employment, and finally, adapting to your new job within the Canadian healthcare system.
